Hi I’m Stacy ,Welcome to  Le Bonheur Beauty Brows

I graduated from NYC Makeup School in 2013. I used to a makeup artist, manicurist and a facialist. I have also been certified by the State of California with   cosmetology and received Bloodborne Pathogens Certification and over 8 permanent makeup certificate.

I have been fascinated with anything and everything beauty ever since I was thirteen years old. It became a passion of mine to one day learn the skills and techniques and spread the love of such art forms. 2017 was the year I dove into permanent makeup practice, fusing different bodies of knowledge that I had learned from the East and the West. Best of both worlds!

One of my favorite words, Le Bonheur, stands for “Happiness” in French, which for me translates into a form of self-care and self-love. This is exactly what I hope you can find here. I believe that beauty glows from our inner confidence and it is a mission for me to help you achieve that.
