Health Clearance:

Permanent makeup is NOT recommended for anyone who is or have the following, please read carefully prior to booking:

Under 18 years of age.
Allergic to pigmentation and makeup.
Easily triggered post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Pregnant and/or breastfeeding.
Diabetic
Hemophiliac
Epilepsy
Are prone to Keloid scarring.
Glaucoma and taking blood-thinners (e.g. Aspirin)
Skin diseases such as psoriasis, eczema, and/or undiagnosed rashes, blisters, blemishes, acne, sunburn, etc. on the area to be treated.
Active skin cancer on the area to be treated.
Viral infections, transmittable blood conditions (e.g. HIV or Hepatitis), and/or diseases.
Healing disorders.
A Pacemaker, uncontrolled high blood pressure, has mitral valve disorder, or any major heart problems.
Had an organ transplant
Undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy (consult your doctor!)
Taking any skin medication, such as antasure, ro-accutaine, and steroids which thin and causes the skin to become over sensitive
Sick with the cold, flu, etc
Had Botox in the past 2 months
Used Accutane in the past year

When You arrived

Due to the pandemic COVID-19, there will be only one client allowed at a time in the studio. Friends and family will have to wait outside.
Please wait in your car upon arrival and we will notify you to come in via SMS once the studio is ready.
No matter if you’re vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccines or not, please wear a clean medical grade facial mask (fabric or cotton mask not recommended ) and keep them on the entire time you’re with us. If you do not have medical grade facial masks, we can provide you with one for free.
Please be on time. If you’re late for longer than 15 minutes, we kindly ask you to reschedule and the deposit will not be refunded. (More details please refer to Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy)
Please have your photo ID ready. It will be used to verify your information.
Please have the payment or the payment app downloaded and ready before your appointment.

Rescheduling/ Cancellation Policy: Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Any rescheduling must be made in the confirmation email at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled appointment.
If the rescheduling isn’t successfully made at least 3 days prior to the appointment, please make another appointment with another deposit.
You’re able to reschedule only once, within the 6 months, after the day the deposit is made. If there has been any change in price during this time, the service fee will be charged as is currently stated when you make the latter appointment.
We do not allow last-minute cancellation of any kind and will not provide any more services under this circumstance.
If you’re late for longer than 15 minutes, the deposit will not be refunded. We kindly ask you to make another appointment and the deposit.

Procedures of Permeant Makeup ( Brow/Lips/Eyeliner….)

Upon arrival, you will be asked to sanitize your hands, have temperature taken and fill out information and consent form.
We will detail you on your procedure for the day.
No tattooing services will be provided until you have fully agreed upon the final design.
Once the design is tuned and edited fully to your satisfaction, we will then begin the procedure.
Each individual has different reactions to the numbing cream hence different levels of bleeding, which will impede pigment absorption. Therefore, a touch-up appointment is required in order to complete your procedure and application.
Please refrain from using cell phones during your procedure and application.
Once the procedure is done, an after-care kit along with a clear instruction will be provided.

We will access your skin and its condition on the day and recommend the facial procedure that’s most suitable for you.

Touch-ups

All tattoo fees do not include those for touch-up appointments.

Good things take time! Perfection cannot be reached with only one session. It requires at least 1 more touch-up appointment for your desired look. Therefore, you will bear the responsibility to schedule a follow-up application in a certain timeframe. Suggested touch-up time for tattoo eyebrows, eyeliners and hair lines are 4-8 weeks post-procedure and 6-8 weeks for lips. This will give you the best chance of retaining the color and the freshness of the tattoo for longer. We will not perform the touch-up prematurely, any such actions can lead to damage or scarring on the skin as it requires 4-5 weeks to heal naturally. On some very rare occasions, some people may not require a touch-up while some may need 2-3 applications, due to the different conditions of the skin and its ability to heal.

Once you have successfully booked an appointment, there will be a confirmation email with pre-procedure instructions to ensure that you have a successful and smooth appointment. Please read it carefully.

There is NO refund policy.

This is a tattoo procedure and not an exact science but an art, and that the definition of beauty varies depending on the features, bone structure or muscles of my complexion which can not be changed by the tattoo technician. When the cosmetic service is provided, there is a no refund policy.

PREVIOUS PERMANENT MAKEUP WORK

If you have previous tattoos, you will have to book an initial appointment. Please email us Lebonheur.Brows@gmail.com ,first with a photo of your brows without makeup in natural lighting so we can determine whether you are suitable for the treatment.
